You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter is inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete.
When you book a tour through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Aussie World Tours.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Payment can be made using the methods specified on our website at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you make a booking. Any price change will not affect bookings already confirmed by us.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The amount of the deposit will be specified during the booking process. Final payment is due at least 60 days prior to the departure date, unless otherwise specified.
If you book a tour less than 60 days before the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

Aussie World Tours is not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights, or loss of enjoyment.
If you wish to make changes to your booking after confirmation, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, if we cannot make the requested changes, this will be treated as a cancellation by you and the cancellation charges outlined above will apply.
You must ensure that you are physically and mentally capable of completing the tour as described in the itinerary. You must disclose any pre-existing medical or health conditions that might reasonably be expected to affect your participation in the tour at the time of booking.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, health certificates, and insurance. We are not responsible if you are denied entry to a country because you lack the proper documentation.
You agree to follow all reasonable instructions provided by our tour guides and representatives. We reserve the right to remove you from a tour if your behavior is deemed to be detrimental to the enjoyment of other participants or for any other reason in our sole discretion. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, death, and repatriation, as well as loss of luggage and personal effects. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price and is your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aussie World Tours and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for the specific tour giving rise to the claim.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
